Printable Pilot vs EverBee

Checked 19 October 2026

Both help Etsy sellers, but they do different jobs. EverBee is mainly sales-estimate research: it shows how products already on Etsy appear to be selling, and also offers keyword tools. Printable Pilot is built for digital download sellers and goes from a niche to a product idea, then scores the listing (the title and all 13 tags).

What EverBee does

EverBee's own site describes it as product analytics and keyword research for Etsy sellers, used through a website and a free Chrome extension. Its product analytics page says it shows monthly sales and revenue across 206 million listings. The same page says Etsy does not disclose sales data, so those figures are estimates from EverBee's algorithm, which EverBee says is approximately 80% accurate on average. The site also lists keyword research (search volume and competition), a shop analyzer, trends, and a tag analyzer. Prices are in US dollars, from everbee.io/pricing, checked 19 October 2026.

Hobby is free forever, with no card and no separate free trial. EverBee lists it as product analytics for views, reviews and favorites, keyword research limited to 10 keywords, basic filters, and saves for 5 keywords, 5 shops and 1 folder. The pricing page does not include the tag analyzer or sales and revenue figures on Hobby. With annual billing, Growth is $24.99 a month, $299 a year (EverBee says that is 36% off monthly billing). Growth adds sales, revenue and conversion rate, unlimited keywords with a Keyword Score, trends on individual listings, the tag analyzer, and 100 AI actions a month. Business is $69 a month, billed annually at $828, and adds longer trend windows, unlimited custom filters and unlimited AI actions. The pricing page's default view does not list an undiscounted monthly price.

What Printable Pilot does

Niche Research with live Etsy figures from Etsy's official API (how many listings, the price range, and the tags top sellers use), plus who buys, when a niche peaks and where the gaps are. Specific product ideas, each with three ready-to-paste prompts: one to make it, one for the listing, and one for the Pinterest pin. A Listing Scorer that rates a draft title, 13 tags and description out of 10, ranks the fixes, and rewrites the listing. A Pinterest Pin Writer. It does not estimate other sellers' sales. One plan, £9.99 a month or £79 a year, after a 3-day free trial. The paid plan includes 40 research runs a month, and up to 15 listing scores and pin writes a day.

Free from Printable Pilot

A free listing score with no card or account (a score and the top fixes; the rewritten listing is part of the paid tool), weekly trends for printable sellers, and a free weekly listing tip by email.

Which should I use?

If you want estimated sales and revenue for products already listed on Etsy, plus keyword volume, EverBee is made for that.
